How it works? 

We’ll do a 60 minute complimentary assessment for anyone that is local, so I can see your movement patterns and check for any imbalances. Once I have all the details I need, we will go through a Comprehensive Assessment for the first initial week. This will include seeing where your power, strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular condition is at. Then I can develop your comprehensive program.

I will look to provide you with guidance on proper form and technique to ensure you’re getting the most out of each workout every week.

You’ll also receive a customized nutrition strategy that we’ll cover together on our calls/video chats biweekly/monthly. Everything you need to succeed right away.
